No prior experience? No problem! This program is specifically designed for beginners who want to feel confident, energized, and in tune with their bodies. Beginner classes are designed to introduce people to yoga and are slower paced than other classes. They focus on teaching basic poses, breathing techniques and proper alignment to help students build a strong foundation. This series is suitable for newbies, those recovering from injury, or people who need or want to move more slowly. Here’s what you can expect to gain: Improved Strength & Flexibility: Gently build muscle tone and increase your range of motion. Learn basic poses, also known as asanas and how to support your spine and develop safe alignin foundational poses. Reduced Stress: Learn breathing techniques to quiet the mind and let go of tension.
