About the event

Most women were introduced to breast awareness through a lens of fear—check for a lump, watch for signs, and hope nothing is wrong. True awareness, however, can be rooted in connection, care, and trust.

The Breast-Centred Wellness retreat offers a holistic approach to breast health, blending practical education with gentle, body-based practices that support lymphatic flow, emotional release, and a more loving relationship with your body. Participants are guided toward a grounded, proactive self-care practice that fosters confidence and embodied wellbeing.

What We Explore:

Breast anatomy, lymphatic health, and whole-body awareness

Participants learn the physical foundations of breast health, including the role of the lymphatic system, the importance of circulation and drainage, and how breast tissue connects to the chest, underarm, and heart space.

The emotional and energetic connection

We explore the ways stress, grief, self-neglect, and unprocessed emotions can be held in the body, particularly in the chest and heart space, and how greater awareness can support healing, softness, and reconnection.

Gentle self-care practices

Participants are introduced to supportive practices that may include:

  • guided self-breast massage for lymphatic support

  • marma point activation

  • EFT tapping for fear and emotional stress

  • hand-based energy practices to encourage flow and reduce stagnation

  • heart-centered meditation and visualization

Lifestyle and environmental support

We also discuss simple ways to support breast health through daily habits, including movement, anti-inflammatory lifestyle choices, body awareness, and reducing common sources of environmental stress.

Knowing your normal

While this workshop takes a holistic approach, it also includes education around common breast changes and key signs to pay attention to, helping participants become more familiar with their own bodies and more confident in recognizing what feels normal for them.

A Different Approach to Awareness

This experience shifts the narrative from fear-based checking to body-based connection. Rather than approaching breast health only as something to monitor for what might be wrong, participants are invited to build an ongoing relationship with their bodies through awareness, tenderness, and trust.

Who This Is For:

This workshop is for women who:

  • want a more empowered and intuitive relationship with their bodies

  • feel disconnected from their breast health or unsure where to begin

  • are interested in holistic wellness and preventative self-care

  • want to explore the connection between emotional wellbeing and physical health

  • are seeking a supportive, nurturing space for learning and reflection
