YOGA for all ages and skill levels
We have yoga designed for all skill levels on Monday evenings at 7 - 8 pm with
Sherri Pestill. The class is gentle in nature and are designed for beginners, people with limited mobility due to injury or surgery, so simple those who are looking for a relaxing, yet stimulating experience that brings peace and clarity to the mind and body. Optional express hot/cold contrast session, 8 - 9 pm.

We also offer a fun, vibrant and funky Buti Yoga class Thursday night, 7 - 8 pm with optional express hot/cold contrast session to follow, 8 - 9 pm., starting Jun 15th at 2:30 pm. Led by Emily Griffin, Buti Yoga combines flowing yoga sequences with cardio-infused movement to upbeat music, functional strength, and deep core conditioning to awaken energy, build resilience, and release stress. Pulse & Plunge option every other Sundays too!

Elemental Rhythm Breathwork journey combined with a powerful
hot/cold contrast therapy session, designed to help you reset your

In the first 1.5 hrs of this immersive experience, you’ll be guided
through a deeply transformational Elemental Rhythm Breathwork,
by certified facilitator, Sherri Pestill. This is a dynamic practice
that uses music, movement, breath, and intention to release
emotional blocks, calm the mind, and activate deep inner clarity.
Whether you’re seeking healing, insight, or energy, this practice meets you exactly where you are—and elevates you. Then, we move into the contrast circuit—cycling between our wood-fired sauna and cold plunge pools, all set against the serene, healing backdrop of our forest sanctuary.

JOURNEY TO SELF
Our Journey to Self overnight retreat takes place November 1 - 2, 2025. If you're
looking for a beautiful way to expand your self-development, understanding
and healing, this one's foryou.
​
Embark on an adventure of self-discovery, healing, and transformation. A profoundly
moving 2-day retreat designed to help you find clarity, self-love, and a deeper
understanding of your life's path. This exploration provides an opportunity
for deep introspection, heightened awareness, clearing of heavy emotions,
decreased body tension, an increase in self-worth and self-acceptance, and inner
peace. This experience will guide you through anintrospective and eye-opening
pilgramage of your inner world.

This 2-day journey also includes hot/cold contrast therapy, soundbath, Reiki, intention setting,
catered meals, bonfires and more. Guests will camp onsite or stay in the wellness studio
overnight. You will be asked for your birth information as our lead facilitator, Leanne Kavanagh
is a certified astrologer and she will provide you with some key information regarding your
energies at the time of this immersion to help you set meaningful intentions and receive
the answers you may be looking for during and after, your journey.​​​​​​​​​ Tommi Hanley, a certified
life coach, will also help with the integration process, helping you to navigate your journey

Buti Yoga + Contrast Therapy
A 2.5-hour guided experience at Cedarvale Wellbeing 1 hour of Buti Yoga — tribal movement,
deep sweat, full-body release. 1.5 hours of guided, free-flow contrast therapy — alternating
between wood-burning cedar sauna & cold plunge cycles to calm your nervous system,
boost recovery, improve cardio-vascular health and immunity and leave you glowing.

Buti Yoga combines flowing yoga sequences with cardio-infused movement to upbeat music, functional strength, and a deep core conditioning to awaken energy, build resilience, and release stress. Tommi Hanley is a Certified Life Coach, Cold Water Therapy Coach and Breathwork Facilitator. She specializes in shifting mindset and belief systems and breaking cycles of generational behaviour.. Equipped with 19 years of sobriety, Tommi is also a Certified Sobriety Coach for those who struggle with addiction, or, have a loved one who is. She understands the journey of recovery. and has helped many achieve sobriety.
