Benefits include reduced inflammation, improved cardiovascular health, a boosted immune system, enhanced physical fitness and injury recovery, stress relief, and brain health support.
Prior to a hot/cold session make sure you are hydrated and well nourished.
Bring with you a water bottle, and come wearing your sauna and cold plunge attire (typically a bathing suit or shorts and sports bra or tank top) under comfortable, loose fitting clothes.
Bring a towel, sandals and a dry change of clothes.
