    ContrastTherapy is a therapeutic technique that involves alternating between hot and cold temperatures. Exposing our body to extreme temperatures provides a unique experience to heal on an emotional, physical and spiritual level.
  • What is Bath House etiquette?
    At Cedarvale Wellbeing we encourage community bonding and authentic conversation. You do not have to be quiet. However, please be mindful of others experiences. Cedarvale Wellbeing is a body positive, flirt free environment where everyone is welcome to show up exactly as they are. Cedarvale is an alcohol and smoke free place of healing.

  • What Should I Bring?
    If your class involves sauna and cold plunging, then come wearing your sauna/cold plunge attire under comfortable loose fitting clothing. Bring a water bottle, towel and sandals. For Breathwork sessions, bring with you a water bottle and an open mind. All other necessities will be provided.

  • What Is Your Cancellation Policy
    No cancellation refunds will be processed within the 24 hour window prior to class start.
  • How Should I Prepare For My Breathwork Session?
    Come with an open mind and release expectation. Come wearing comfortable clothing, all other necessities will be provided.

  • How Should I Prepare For My Hot/Cold Session?
    Prior to a hot/cold session make sure you are hydrated and well nourished. Bring with you a water bottle, and come wearing your sauna plunge attire under comfortable, loose fitting clothes. Bring a towel, sandals and a dry change of clothes. Appropriate sauna plunge attire is a bathing suit or athletic wear (ie. shorts and sports bra or tank top)
