Come hydrated and nourished, and wear your swimwear or sauna attire under loose, comfortable layers. Please bring a water bottle, towel, sandals, and a dry change of clothes so you can move comfortably between heat and cold.

Come wearing comfortable clothing, all other necessities will be provided.

For sauna and cold plunge classes, wear your sauna/cold plunge attire under comfortable, loose-fitting clothing. Bring a water bottle, towel, and sandals. For Breathwork sessions, just bring a water bottle and an open mind. All other necessities will be provided.
