If you've been to one of our Sunday socials before or have been thinking about trying out services, this is for you.Â
A free event, including breathwork sauna, and cold immersion, the only ask is that you provide consent and permission to be filmed or photographed and for these to be utilized on our social media page as well as email marketing to connect with others who would like to experience the modalities we offer at Cedarvale.
