Full Moon Cacao, Kirtan & Sound Bath Journey

Join us under the energy of the Full Moon for a nourishing evening of presence, devotion, and vibration.

We’ll begin by sharing cacao around the fire to open the heart and set our intentions, followed by an evening of Kirtan and Sound Healing — a sacred blend of mantra, music, and healing frequencies led by Kim Westbrook.

The first portion of the evening will be devoted to Kirtan, a call-and-response practice that invites connection, presence, and heart opening.

The second half will flow into a deeply restorative sound bath, allowing the body, mind, and spirit to soften into stillness.

Come as you are. No experience needed. This will be a beautiful night of connection and community.

Bring a journal, water, and anything that supports your comfort. Mats, blankets, pillow and eye masks will be provided. We'll gather on the expansion lawn at Cedarvale, (weather permitting) to enjoy the rise of the full moon.
