Healing Sound

The Healing Sound experence will:

• Reduce stress by lower cortisol levels and activate the parasympathetic nervous system

• Activate brain and heart entrainment by synchronizing physiological markers, leading to slower respiration and a reduced heart rate

• Enduce brainwave activity which encourages relaxed alpha and theta brainwave states

This is an interactive vocal technique where a group chant's a person's name to create a personalized, resonant vibration field for healing, support and personal growth. With the use of intoning and harmonics one can connect to their inner being as one does with meditation and other modalities. This healing methodolgy is rooted in Indigenous and Shamanic practices as well as Eastern Spiritual Systems such as Indian Vedic traditions, Tibetan and Himalayan cultures. 

The Healing Circle of Sound relies on the COLLECTIVE power of the group to create a high vibrating environment for the individual at the centre of circle to release motions, connect with the inner self and expand awareness. It's an opportunity to create an energy resonance that can be used by the body's internal intelligence for what may be needed. This is a simple practice which has the power to heal individuals and those around them. And best of all…it is fun, easy.
