Surrounded by forest and open sky, the setting creates the conditions to slow down, reconnect, and engage in both restorative practices and deeper development work.

Contrast Therapy & Wellness Experiences

At the heart of Cedarvale are our traditional wood-burning barrel saunas and cold plunge tubs, offering the powerful benefits of hot and cold contrast therapy.
 
We offer daily sessions, which can be booked from our Classes Page.

• Somatic Breathwork
(Our Monday and Friday morning sessions, as well as our Sunday Social include extended breathwork and meditation combined with contrast therapy)

Retreats, Private Intensives & Stay Experiences

For those seeking deeper immersion, Cedarvale offers retreats and private coaching intensives that combine focused breathwork, contrast therapy, and time for reflection in a natural setting.

From May through November, guests can also stay in our on-site guest suite, Magical Forest Retreat, available through Airbnb. Nestled within the trees, this private space offers a quiet extension of the Cedarvale experience—ideal for personal retreats, rest, or integrating the work more fully.

The Cedarvale Grounds & Contrast Café

July through September, guests can enjoy the Cedarvale grounds and Contrast Café, offering custom-roasted Contrast Coffee, fresh juices, protein shakes, and healthy snacks. Relax with a book, journal, or simply enjoy the quiet beauty of the surrounding forest.​

The Magical Tree & Cedar Circle

 Tucked within the forest, the Magical Tree and Cedar Circle have become a quiet focal point of the Cedarvale experience.
 Positioned to face the rising sun, this space naturally invites stillness, reflection, and a sense of connection—to yourself, to the moment. Many people notice a shift here—something that’s felt more than explained.​​

 Experiences often close in the Cedar Circle, where we gather around the fire to reflect and land the experience together.
 Over time, the space has taken on a presence of its own—shaped by the people who have passed through it.

This option is well suited for individuals navigating a transition or seeking targeted support rather than a full 12-week immersion.
