This is a soul-nourishing, half-day adventure that blends the grounding power of nature, a nourishing

lunch at Cedarvale and the revitalizing effects of hot/cold contrast therapy. Led by Kathleen Staubalm

(IG The Hopeful Wanderer), this guided hike through MacGregor Point Provincial Park is more than a

walk in the woods—it’s a journey into presence, healing, and connection. Along the 4–5 km route,

you’ll explore coastal wetlands, boardwalks, and serene forest paths as Kathleen shares insights into the connection between nature and mental wellbeing. Known for her calming presence, depth of knowledge, and lived experience, Kathleen creates a space where you can breathe a little easier and connect a little deeper—with yourself, others, and the land. enhancing sensory experiences, emotional processing, and personal insights. Using this sacred

This 2-day journey also includes hot/cold contrast therapy, soundbath, Reiki, intention setting, catered meals, bonfires and more. Guests will camp onsite or stay in the wellness studio overnight. You will be asked for your birth information, as our lead facilitator, Leanne Kavanagh (pictured) is a certified astrologer and she will provide you with some key information regarding your energies  at the time of this immersion to help you set meaningful intentions and receive the answers you may be looking for during and after, your journey.

Equipped with 19 years of sobriety, Tommi is also a Certified Sobriety Coach for those who struggle with addiction, or, have a loved one who is. She understands the journey of recovery. and has helped many achieve sobriety.
