Your Coach & Facilitator
Tommi Hanley
Breathwork & Cold Immersion Coach, Life,
Mindset and Sobriety Coach

As a professionally trained and experienced life, mindset and sobriety coach, I have developed a suite of supports and practical tools to help identify and overcome self-limiting thoughts and behaviours. When you transform your mindset you master self-awareness, self-acceptance and self-love. From that state of being, you can set goals, take action, remain accountable and follow your passions. Your physical wellbeing is intricately tied to the stories you tell yourself, about you and the world around you. As you heal childhood wounds and change the narrative of how your life is unfolding, your physical health improves and you become more open and interested in taking care of yourself - mind, body and spirit.

Many people spend a lot of time taking care of their physical health, and perhaps their mental health as well. The area that is often overlooked and is critical to wellbeing, is your spiritual self. This looks different for every person, but suffice to say, you are energy. That energy emits a energetic frequency. Whatever frequency you are on, that is what you emit out into the world and what you will attract back to you. You are a magnet. When we find-tune your vibrational frequency to that of love and abundance in all areas of life, experiences that match that frequency come to you.

In addition to 1:1 and group coaching, workshops and retreats, contrast therapy, breathwork, meditation and movement are instrumental to supporting a shift in mindset and belief systems.

Testimonials
“I am truly so grateful for the space, community + team at Cedarvale. The Sunday socials have been so cool to practice with others and be guided through the discomfort that the cold plunging can bring on in a safe + supported way. Elemental breathwork has also been such a potent new part of my healing journey. Tonight I am enjoying this newfound space within where anxiety had been living + taking up space. Thank you Thank you Thank you!”
