Join us for a transformative, full-day experience where psychology meets the stars. Attachment & Astrology is a unique workshop that explores how your astrological birth chart can illuminate the patterns, wounds, and gifts that shape your attachment style—whether secure, anxious, avoidant, or disorganized.

Through the lens of modern attachment theory, Tommi Hanley, certified coach and trauma-informed facilitator (as seen on Pure Power Coaching), will guide you in understanding the roots of your relational behaviours and how early life experiences may still be influencing your adult relationships. You will receive the guidance and tools needed to break the patterns that keep you stuck in negative, unsupportive ways of thinking and behaving.

Leanne Kavanagh, a certified Astrologer with a passion for soul growth and self-awareness, will interpret key elements of your natal chart—such as the houses-planets of love, relationships, commitment and intimacy—to reveal unconscious patterns, emotional needs, and instinctive responses in love and connection.

Together, we’ll explore:

• The basics of attachment theory and how it shows up in everyday relationships

• The link between planetary placements and attachment tendencies

• How to identify core wounds, defence mechanisms, and emotional needs

• Tools for moving toward secure attachment, self-regulation, and healthy intimacy

• Insightful group discussions, chart analysis, reflection exercises, and guided journaling
