Reflexology
Reflexology is a form of massage that relies upon a map of the feet, which identifies pressure points that correspond to certain organs and muscles in the body and can even be used to stimulate the endocrine and nervous system. Our reflexologist, Laurel Abell, may focus on your heels if you’re suffering from pelvic or sciatic pain, and the tops of your four small toes for sinus trouble. ​​​
Biofield Tuning Forks
During a Biofield Tuning session, clients experience a sound/vibrational-based therapeutic treatment that works with the body's electromagnetic field. Tuning forks are applied on various points on the body which help detect and release energetic congestion that may be contributing to stress, tension, or emotional imbalance.​
