About the event
Hey!
Offering a different experience: participating in Breathwork, sauna and cold plunging will alter your consciousness in a totally endogenous and more positive way than say the consumption of alcohol or cannabis. I believe this will set up a dining experience that will be much more nourishing and memorable.
The connection established during our time at Cedarvale with those in attendance will open a door for a deeper level of connection during our meal, chipping away at the burden of loneliness many of us are carrying and fostering an environment for authentic connection.
We’ve been breaking bread together as humans for much of history. Doing this together, in community, with food sourced from our community, feels as though it will offer a compounding effect in nourishment of our body and a deeper connection to the land we live on.
