About the event

Conscious Conversations Coaching Circle

A twice-monthly coaching circle for people seeking greater clarity, authentic connection, and intentional growth, guided by Wellness Coach Tommi Hanley.

A guided coaching circle helps you gain clarity, understand your patterns, and learn to meet yourself with greater kindness.

Each gathering is built around one meaningful monthly theme and guided by thoughtful coaching questions that help you look more closely at your beliefs, choices, behaviours, and the patterns shaping your life.

You'll have space to reflect, share if you choose, listen to others, and consider what may be ready to shift.

Because the circle is led by a qualified coach, the conversation stays purposeful and connected to personal growth rather than simply becoming a general discussion.

The goal is not to judge yourself into changing. It is to see yourself more clearly, with enough honesty and compassion to make different choices.

You can join us in person at Cedarvale or online from anywhere.

October 19 — Where Are You Abandoning Yourself?

Where are you overriding what you know, feel, or need in order to keep someone else comfortable?

This month, we'll explore the patterns that can lead us to override what we feel, know, or need—often without even realizing we're doing it.

We'll look at how self-abandonment can show up in relationships, people-pleasing, overgiving, silence, comparison, ignoring our own needs, and even becoming so influenced by outside noise that we lose touch with what is actually true for us.

Through guided coaching conversation and reflection, we'll explore where these patterns come from, how they show up in our lives, and what can change when we begin to notice them.

We'll begin with a short guided breathwork practice, move into our coaching conversation, and close with meditation.

Coming Up

November — What Are You Carrying That Isn't Yours?

Where have you confused caring with responsibility?

December — Who Are You Without the Doing?

If you weren't producing, fixing, helping, or proving anything, would you still feel worthy?

Each monthly theme will be offered twice beginning in November, giving you two opportunities to join—or the opportunity to explore the same topic more deeply a second time.

What to Expect

Each Conscious Conversations circle includes:

  • A short guided breathwork practice

  • A focused monthly coaching theme

  • Thought-provoking coaching questions

  • Personal reflection and optional journaling

  • Facilitated small-group conversation

  • Space to listen, share, and learn from the experiences of others

  • A short closing meditation or grounding practice

There is never pressure to share beyond your comfort level. Sometimes speaking creates clarity. Sometimes listening does.

You may leave with a new perspective, greater self-awareness, something you recognize about yourself, or one small change you are ready to make.

Why a Coaching Circle?

Conscious Conversations is more than getting together to talk.

As a Certified Life Coach, I guide the conversation with intention—asking questions, noticing patterns, offering perspective, and helping participants move beyond simply describing what is happening toward understanding themselves more clearly.

My coaching work is grounded in self-awareness, self-compassion, personal responsibility, and the belief that meaningful change begins when we can see ourselves honestly without turning that awareness into self-criticism.

This is coaching rather than psychotherapy or clinical treatment, and you are always encouraged to work with appropriate healthcare professionals when that support is needed.

About Tommi

Tommi Hanley is a Certified Life Coach, breathwork facilitator, owner of Cedarvale Wellbeing, and creator of the Rewriting the Inheritance™ coaching methodology.

Her work explores the beliefs, emotional patterns, and behaviours we inherit or develop through our life experiences—and what becomes possible when we begin to recognize and consciously rewrite them.

Her coaching draws from years of study, professional coaching experience, and her own lived journey of recognizing and rewriting the patterns that once limited her.
