Lindsay brings a wealth of expertise as a Registered Nurse, Lactation Consultant, and Holistic Mentor and Coach. Complementing her skills, Katy is a proficient physiotherapist, adept in breathwork and cold immersion techniques, and a Somatic Wellness Coach. With their own experiences as mothers and collectively spanning over a decade in healthcare, rest assured you're in capable hands.

Our primary aspiration is to offer new mothers the pampering and individualized attention they rightfully deserve. Moreover, we aim to cultivate a nurturing community of fellow moms, ready to provide guidance and unwavering support.
