Rooted in Love

Rooted in Love is a heart-centered Valentine’s Day experience designed to cultivate deeper connection, presence, and warmth within. Through Yin Yoga and breathwork, we soften the body and open the heart, followed by sauna and cold plunge to awaken vitality and balance. We close with a fire ceremony—an intentional space to honour love in all its forms: self-love, shared love, and the love that grounds us and carries us forward.
