About the event
This social event includes 1 hour of guided breathwork, followed by 90
minutes of cold plunging in the ice tubs and wood-buring saunas and socialzing around the fire pit, Sip tea while reflecting on another memorable year gone by and celebrate summer in a serene forest setting.
