About the event

Welcome 2026 at Cedarvale with an afternoon designed to reset your nervous system and set the tone for the year ahead.Across 3.5 hours, you’ll move gently through yin yoga, guided breathwork, contrast therapy (sauna + cold plunge), and a powerful fire ceremony to release what you’re ready to leave behind and call in what you truly desire.

Special Guest:Yin yoga will be led by John Tam, a beloved Cedarvale collaborator who regularly offers massage and bodywork on site. John brings a grounded, intuitive approach that supports deep relaxation and somatic release.
