Pulse & Plunge: Buti Yoga + Contrast Therapy A 2.5-hour guided experience at Cedarvale Wellbeing 1 hour of Buti Yoga — tribal movement, deep sweat, full-body release. 1.5 hours of guided, free-flow contrast therapy — alternating between wood-burning cedar sauna & cold plunge cycles to calm your nervous system, boost recovery, improve cardio-vascular health and immunity and leave you glowing. This is movement that moves you. Buti Yoga combines flowing yoga sequences with cardio-infused movement to upbeat music, functional strength, and a deep core conditioning to awaken energy, build resilience, and release stress. Each class is designed to help you tune into your body, break a sweat, and feel fully present — no perfection needed. Expect a music-driven flow that invites you to move intuitively, sweat intentionally, and reconnect with your body in a bold, empowering way. All levels are welcome. Whether you're just starting or seasoned in your practice, you'll be supported every step of the way. Expect sweat, smiles, and serious post-class glow. About Your Instructor: - Emily Griffin Emily is a high-energy, intuitive, and soulful Buti Yoga guide who invites you to reconnect with your body through movement that’s both wild and deeply nourishing. Certified in Buti Yoga, Deep Yoga, Hot Core Yoga she is also a Reiki Master since 2015, Emily brings nearly a decade of teaching experience across Oxford County and the Kitchener region to Cedarvale. Her classes are rooted in the belief that self-love doesn’t have to wait — you can have fun in your body exactly as you are. She finds joy in the little things and helps others do the same, one beat at a time.
