Next, we move through Contrast Therapy,. Cold plunge immersion has many physical & mental health benefits including reducing inflammation, improving cardio vascular health, reducing stress, building immunity and boosts mood and mental clarity. It also helps reset the nervous system.. The cold is contrasted with heat therapy using our wood burning saunas surrounded by nature. Saunas are proven to support muscle recovery and inflammation, cardiovascular health, improved circulation and stress release through relaxation. Both practices increase energy and improve sleep.
