Service Description

12-Week Group Coaching Experience This intensive, small group coaching program helps participants identify and interrupt inherited emotional patterns that shape how they respond to stress, relationships, and life challenges. Many of us learned ways of coping early in life that once helped us adapt but continue to influence how we react as adults. These patterns often appear in relationships, emotional triggers, over-functioning, people-pleasing, or difficulty maintaining boundaries. Through guided conversation, reflection, and nervous system regulation practices, this program helps participants recognize these patterns and develop steadier, more intentional responses. This work is informed by Rewriting the Inheritance™, Tommi Hanley’s framework for understanding how emotional patterns form and how they can be consciously interrupted. During the program participants explore: • how early relational experiences shape emotional responses • recognizing personal stress and relationship patterns • nervous system regulation and emotional steadiness • building healthier boundaries and relational clarity • shifting out of over-functioning and emotional over-responsibility • developing greater self-trust and inner stability Participants meet weekly in a small group setting designed to encourage thoughtful conversation, reflection, and meaningful personal insight. This program is well suited for individuals who: • notice repeating patterns in relationships • feel responsible for managing the emotions of others • struggle with boundaries or over-accommodating • appear capable and successful but feel internally unsettled • want deeper understanding rather than surface-level coaching Group size is limited to maintain a supportive and engaging environment. Sessions are held at Cedarvale Wellbeing or virtually. Our next 12-week program begins Sept. 16, 2026
