Becoming The One, is a 12-week small group coaching program designed to help you heal your relationship with yourself so you can transform every relationship in your life. We’ll dive into the roots of your patterns, explore emotional triggers, strengthen your boundaries, and build the inner safety and self-trust that create lasting change. If you’re ready to break old cycles and step into a more empowered version of yourself, Becoming the One is designed for you. This course was born from the truth I’ve witnessed over and over again in my own life and in my work with clients: Every relationship we struggle with — whether it’s a partner, a parent, a friend, a colleague, or a child — mirrors the relationship we have with ourselves. When we don’t feel safe inside, we won’t feel safe with others. When we don’t trust ourselves, we don’t trust our relationships. When we abandon our needs, we attract people who abandon them too. When we shrink to keep the peace, we learn to disappear in every environment. And the most beautiful part? When you heal the relationship with yourself, everything around you begins to shift. Your boundaries strengthen. Your triggers soften. Your choices become clearer. Your emotional world becomes calmer. You stop betraying yourself to keep others comfortable. You start showing up in ways that feel grounded, authentic, and empowered.
