Looking for something fun, meaningful, and a little magical to do together during March Break?

Join us at Cedarvale for a joyful parent-and-child experience designed to get bodies moving, energy flowing, and creativity sparked.

We begin with a guided movement sequence set to upbeat music led facilitator Milan Macesic. Through simple, playful movements, families activate the body’s natural energy pathways, release tension, and gently reset the nervous system together. Kids love the rhythm and energy, while parents discover a simple practice they can bring home anytime they want to shift the mood in their household.

Once the energy is moving, we transition into a breathwork experience, followed by a creative flow art session where children and parents use drawing to express how they feel inside. There is no right or wrong way to create—just color, imagination, and freedom on the page.

To close our time together, we’ll step outside to Cedarvale’s Magical Tree, gather around the fire, and enjoy warm cacao sweetened with honey and oat milk. As we sip together, children will be invited to make a wish, hug the tree, and send their intention out into the world.

Your Facilitator for today is Milan Macesic, aka Mike, an Energy Medicine practitioner devoted to supporting others in accessing their inner intelligence and multidimensional wellness. With a background in education and wellness healing, he combines a variety of modalities to enhance his teaching. He strives to incorporate compassion, understanding, care and trust in his healing partnerships. Milan engages in compelling narratives that inspire and educate people regarding their inner strength and unrealized healing potential . Whether he is engaged in connecting to the powers around him or in others, his goal is to bring wellness to those he works with.
