Your Facilitators:


Dr. Jennifer Haessler


Jennifer is a Naturopathic Doctor who specializes in helping women optimize their hormones and overall health so they can feel strong, confident, and energized as they approach peri-menopause and transition through menopause. She has a virtual naturopathic practice and runs virtual fitness and nutrition groups.


She completed her training at the Canadian College of Naturopathic Medicine in Toronto over 20 years ago, after earning her undergraduate degree at Queen’s University. Jennifer has been featured on numerous podcasts, sharing her expertise in women’s health and hormones. Jennifer has also been a certified Faster Way to Fat Loss coach since 2018, and is passionate about making fitness and nutrition simple, effective, and realistic.


Tommi Hanley


A life, mindset and sobriety coach, Tommi has developed a suite of supports and practical tools to help identify and overcome self-limiting thoughts and behaviours through her coaching business, Pure Power Coaching. She educates and guides clients on how to master self-awareness, self-acceptance and self-love. She has created several coaching courses, including Ignite Your Passion, How to Create & Launch Your Healing Arts Business and Healing Your Lost Inner Child.


Tommi also facilitates self-development and corporate workshops on Resiliency, Authenticity, Letting Go/Acceptance and more. Tommi is a certified in cold water facilitator and somatic breathwork coach and is honoured and excited to be operating Cedarvale Wellbeing in Port Elgin.
